Please fill out this form for which day and time is best for you.. I am not asking for a date, this will reoccur every two weeks, not just this one date. You can pick more than ONE, so pick ALL the times you’re available, cos the way we’ll determine it is by when the most people are available! I am trying to make it as early in the evening as possible.

OUR FIRST MEETING IS WEDNESDAY THE 25th AT 9PM at LSC!
After the add/drop period is over, I will send out a *reminder* and each individual student staff member will return on whentowork and fill in their final schedule with final red cannots, green/prefers and pink/dislikes.
The official last day to add a class is the 25th. So your final whentowork preferences including red cannots, green/prefers and pink/dislikes must all be completed and submitted no later than the morning of Thursday the 26th.
Remember to go to whentowork.com for the finalized schedules for the finals period! and happy holidays to you and yours from me and mine!
This is mandatory! If you absolutely cannot make it you must email Michelle at micper@eden.rutgers.edu or michtrace@gmail.com with the times you would like to work, and the dates and times of your exams, and your last day on campus AND the reason as to why you cannot come. Studying does not count as an excuse! Please submit your excuse and availabilities BY the time of the meeting. If you do not have it you will receive a warning and it reflects on your evaluation!
This meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 13th, 9:30pm at LSC. Please bring your finals schedule. . It is mandatory! If you cannot make it you must submit to me your finals schedule and a valid excuse IN EMAIL, not text message or facetoface! If you do tell me facetoface I will still ask you to write me an email. The shifts these days will be longer hours, you will not be scheduled on days you have exams, times you would like to study as long as they are reasonable. We need to have the desk staffed during the finals period because students are constantly using the building to study themselves. Studying at work policy will still apply—no textbooks or homework, just study cards and notes to review.
The Big Chill is RU REC’s annual charity race. Saturday, December 10 at 7am at the College Ave Gym. They collect unwrapped, new toys as a registration fee and there is a 5k run/walk! If you would like to participate, please register at

The Facility Managers and Area Managers you’ve come to know and love are a part of the Student Life Student Leadership Team. Being a part of this team is great because it is an opportunity to gain real-life workplace skills and experience. It is also great for personal growth and development. If you’d like to learn more about what Student Leadership Team is, please do not be afraid to ask any of the FMs or AMs!

All new applicants have to submit their application by January 30th at 12pm and will have interviews in the following weeks.
It’s definitely worth trying for! All staff who have worked one full semester are eligible to apply.
Note that if you violate any of our staff policies, you will be held accountable for it! Example: coming in late without notice, not showing up for a shift, invalid dress code, visitors at work, etc. Discipline begins with a verbal warning, to written warnings, meetings, probation, and potentially termination.
Be smart and responsible for all your actions!
Schedules are posted every Friday for the next weekend!
We will be scheduled up to Tuesday December 13th, anything after that we will discuss at our Dec 13th meeting!
